The procedure to return an item purchased in our online store is as follows:

Return package should be shipped within 15 days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you think it will help us to continue improving.
2. ITEMS SHOULD BE PACKED
In original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way. It should arrive with all original labels and packaging. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept any items for return by courier if not sent by certified mail and certain proof of shipment. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.
